Holly spent 20+ years in the training + development field, including in a fast-paced consulting firm and as the National Training Director for a rapidly expanding major retail franchise. Then, in 2007, Holly created Spark + Co. initially to consult with companies to help them enrich their training and development.
Following the company’s early success, Mark joined Spark + Co., bringing an extensive background in finance, business operations, marketing, and strategy. We quickly realized Spark + Co’s niche was developing custom elearning + training products. It filled a growing need in the marketplace and utilized our expertise.
