Kyla Nicholson / Kyla brings 12 years of experience working with clients in private, public, and not-for-profit sectors to design and facilitate leadership development, and organizational learning and performance programs. Her past experience as a curriculum design consultant and teacher, combined with her recent experience as an HR consultant and internal manager of professional development, make her well versed in workplace learning and development practices. She has a passion for translating complex solutions into practical systems and tools that support individuals and teams to contribute to organizational success.

Kyla holds degrees in Psychology and Education, is a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP), and is a MBTI® qualified practitioner. Kyla sits on the Editorial Advisory Committee for PeopleTalk magazine and is a contributor to ResearchVoice in BC HRMA’s online magazine www.hrvoice.org.

Simon Fulber / Forged over his 15 years in management and specialist positions within financial services, human resources and the non-profit sector, Simon brings a strong combination of operational experience and learning expertise that drive corporations to achieving business results.
