Who is the “+ Co.”?

Most often the “co”, will be people within your organization. Holly feels it is important for organizations to retain a sense of “ownership” with strategies and recognizes that working with consultants can feel like an invasion. Luckily she’s a collaborative person by nature. When projects require additional expertise or perspective, Holly will bring in others from her network to assist. Sometimes this will be a partnership on the project, but sometimes it will just be an introduction of people who are interested in a similar idea. Perhaps it will be a recommendation for a service provider that she has used or a referral. Holly is known for making connections between like-minded people.
