Helping a small creative services firm clarify their vision and values at a time of transition, Spark + Co. helped the organization through the process of defining their long term vision and shared organizational values. This was completed through a half-day group workshop. This discussion was held with the entire organization and both a customer and supplier were involved in this process. Typically these discussions are held exclusively at the executive level and are closed door. Recognizing that this would not suit the culture of this organization, Spark + Co designed a session that was appropriate for the group and helped them develop values that were in keeping with their own well-thought-out brand.
