Primarily working in the service industries, Holly has honed her skills in people practices in retail, professional, government and financial services. Holly has managed staff and managers (locally and nationally), budgets, projects and programs. She has a range of practical experiences, creating online help and web tutorials for software products, designing learning and leadership initiatives through to creating an entire human resources department from the ground up. Who is the "+ Co."? Most often the "co", will be people within your organization. Holly feels it is important for organizations to retain a sense of "ownership" with strategies and recognizes that working with consultants can feel like an invasion.
